JEM Smoke Machines was established in England with a clear vision — to design and manufacture the most reliable and effective smoke machines on the market. From there, the company expanded internationally across Europe, Asia and North America through continuous technological innovation.
An evolving home
Over the years the organisation has transitioned through several corporate families, including Martin Professional and HARMAN International Industries. From the spring of 2025, new ownership has ensured the company's continued, focused development.
Denmark & the United Kingdom
Today JEM maintains facilities in Denmark and manufacturing operations in the United Kingdom, supporting a global service network — commercial and product management in Denmark, manufacturing and R&D in Louth, UK.
What we make
We specialise in atmospheric effect solutions — smoke machines, hazers and fog systems for live events, theatres, television productions and concerts. Notable products include the JEM ZR series, the JEM Hazer Pro and the Glaciator Dynamic.
